This is a highly influential leadership role, responsible for shaping how we engage with customers, stakeholders, partners and colleagues, ensuring that insight and evidence are at the heart of everything we do. You will lead the development of a joined-up approach to customer engagement, external affairs and communications, helping to build understanding of HM Land Registry's priorities, strengthen our reputation, build our customer partnerships, and support the delivery of our strategic ambitions. As Head of Profession for Government Communications, you will also champion professional excellence and communications capability across the organisation.We're looking for an accomplished leader with a strong track record of operating at a senior level in stakeholder engagement, communications, external affairs or a related discipline. You'll be equally comfortable setting strategic direction and building relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex issues into clear, compelling messages. You will bring experience of leading high-performing teams, delivering through collaboration and navigating change in a complex environment.
