At Berneslai Homes, we manage 18,000 homes on behalf of Barnsley Council, and we’re passionate about creating safe, high-quality homes and vibrant communities. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional leader to join us as Executive Director of Property Services.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented property services team and sit at the heart of our Executive Management Team. You’ll take responsibility for repairs, maintenance, building safety, and asset management, overseeing a £56 million budget. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding services, ensure compliance, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
We’re seeking a visionary senior leader with deep expertise in property services. With knowledge of the social housing sector, you will bring proven experience in asset management, repairs, and building safety, alongside strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
