About the role

Gateley IP is looking to appoint a senior, qualified trade mark attorney to join our expanding London team. You will inherit a well‑established and high‑quality caseload and play a central role in the continued development of our trade mark offering. You will conduct clearance searches, draft and file trade mark applications worldwide, manage watching services, advise on potential conflicts, handle oppositions and cancellation proceedings, and provide strategic advice.
