Lead development and real estate investments work and grow your client base alongside a portable following. You will lead and mentor teams and collaborate across different legal disciplines to serve property clients.

Team

Our national Real Estate team has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise across all disciplines, including commercial development, commercial investment, mixed-use development, landlord and tenant, retail and leisure, finance and securitisation, real estate litigation, planning and environmental. The team also supports Gateley Legal\’s corporate, banking and restructuring teams who act for a wide variety of corporate clients and banks as well as national insolvency practices. It also works hand in glove with our non-legal property businesses Gateley Capitus, Gateley Hamer and Gateley Vinden which give us a unique market advantage with property investment and development clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise: You have a proven track record in commercial real estate law
• Business Development: Your ability to attract new clients and expand existing relationships is essential. You’re a proactive networker and a skilled business developer.
• Leadership: You’ve successfully led legal teams and can inspire and mentor others.
• Collaborator: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly work across different legal disciplines.
• Ambitious: This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and connections within the market and draw upon the services of your legal and non-legal colleagues in the property platform.
