This is a multi‑faceted real‑estate development position within our Residential Development Unit. You will work with the UK’s leading house builders on land acquisition, development agreements and strategic projects, supporting a portfolio that spans up to 6,500 homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex and large‑scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales
- Collaboration agreements between developers
- Disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers
- Funding arrangements and financial structuring
- Strategic options and urban regeneration projects
Qualifications
- Senior Associate with years of post‑qualification experience
- Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous
