Gateley Smithers Purslow is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to support the Building Surveying team in advice on design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of buildings and sites.
The candidate will inspect for acquisition surveys, condition reports and defect investigations, and prepare reports and specifications.
Knowledge of health & safety, party wall, building regulations and planning is required.
