The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

This role will sit within the Part Exchange team of our Plot Sales department and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our conveyancers in the acquisition and resale of part exchange properties for our housebuilder clients.

Required tasks will include:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Assisting with the preparation of standard letters and documents
  • Submitting searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT forms
  • Preparing bills/invoices

A good telephone manner is essential as the successful candidate will be involved with calling our clients and external agencies. The role will also involve completing general administration duties such as photocopying, filing and general file management.

The successful candidate will be a very personable, energetic and confident individual who has excellent administration and organisation skills. They will have their own workload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage their own time and develop and maintain client relationships and demonstrate the following attributes:
