Gateley IP is looking for a senior, qualified trade mark attorney to join our London team. This senior role requires over 10 years of post‑qualification experience and a strong track record in complex, high‑value trade mark practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high‑value, complex trade mark caseload including clearance searches, applications, opposition and cancellation proceedings.
  • Provide strategic advice to UK and international clients across commercial sectors.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client base and collaborate with other Gateley practice areas.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to business development strategy.
