The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This role is based at our London office, where you will work closely with partners and our established corporate team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our national corporate unit and benefit from exposure to a wide variety of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A, venture capital, capital markets minority investments, and corporate structuring projects.
Our corporate team consists of 70 lawyers nationally, advising clients on all types of corporate activity across the UK. Our Corporate team has been recognised nationally, including:

The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE gained at a national/international law firm and be a personable, bright, and confident individual with a broad range of corporate transactions. You will be expected to take responsibility for mentoring junior members of the team and demonstrate high-quality technical legal skills, offering commercial advice in a well-reasoned and competent manner.
You will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively engaging in new business development opportunities and cross-selling services within Gateley. We seek someone who is enthusiastic, with a drive to succeed in a collaborative and collegiate environment.
