About The Role This is a multi-faceted position working alongside some of the biggest names within house building and niche developers. Responsibilities include: Complex and large-scale land acquisitions from household names across England and Wales Collaboration agreements between developers Disposals of service parcels Funding arrangements Strategic options Urban regeneration The Team Our Residential Development Unit partners exclusively with housebuilders, working with all of the top 10 in the UK and 18 of the top 20. With 200 specialists, we have the largest residential development team in the UK, offering comprehensive services from acquisition to disposal. We handle large-scale development matters, including development agreements, options, joint ventures, and strategic land projects, supported by specialist teams in Litigation, Planning, and Construction. Our South East team is led by experienced partners, providing an excellent environment for career development. The Person We seek a Senior Associate with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with experience working with housebuilders and mentoring junior team members. A passion for delivering excellent service to residential developers is essential.
