Gatekeeper is the ONLY unified contract & third-party risk management platform that protects compliance-centric organisations by delivering company-wide control to reduce risk and cost. Powered by our AI engine, LuminIQ, we embed risk checks, accelerate contracting, and surface savings in one platform - helping lean teams stay compliant, efficient, and audit-ready. Gatekeeper has achieved consistent, profitable growth year-over-year, serving customers such as Ford, The Telegraph, Autotrader, SumUp, Crocs, and Funding Circle.
As a Procurement Consultant, you will lead the strategic transformation journey for Gatekeeper's customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the platform by fundamentally rethinking how they manage compliance, risk, and supplier relationships. This role sits within Gatekeeper's Customer team, working directly with our customers from point of sale through to ongoing success.
You will engage with customers immediately post-sale to understand their transformation ambitions, assess their readiness for change, and define a clear vision for what success looks like. Through facilitated workshops and structured discovery, you will translate business objectives into transformation roadmaps that guide implementation and set customers up for long-term success. This is not a configuration role. Your focus is on the human element of change: helping customers move beyond legacy processes, embrace AI-powered ways of working, and build the organisational capability to sustain transformation over time.
You will challenge customers constructively, guide them toward best practice, and ensure they don’t simply recreate outdated processes in a new system. You will remain involved during implementation through periodic checkpoint reviews, ensuring the transformation vision is preserved as the Solution Engineer configures the platform. Where scope drift occurs, you act as the escalation point to realign delivery with strategic intent.
Beyond initial go-live, you will re-engage with customers on a programmatic basis to support renewals and growth opportunities, delivering workshops that demonstrate the art of the possible as Gatekeeper's AI capabilities evolve. Your goal is to deliver successful customer outcomes that drive retention and growth, helping organisations fundamentally change how they operate through Gatekeeper's AI-first platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead transformation discovery engagements with new customers, conducting workshops that uncover business objectives, current state challenges, and transformation ambitions.

- Guide customers toward best practice, constructively challenging requests to replicate legacy processes where these would limit value realisation or efficiency.
- Partner with Account Directors throughout the customer lifecycle, providing strategic insight that supports retention and identifies growth opportunities.
- Conduct periodic checkpoint reviews during implementation, ensuring Solution Engineers are delivering against the transformation vision and intervening where scope drift occurs.
- Act as an escalation point for strategic alignment issues during implementation, working with Solution Engineers and Account Directors to resolve conflicts between customer requests and transformation objectives.
- Deliver programmatic engagements for existing customers, including art of the possible workshops that demonstrate new AI capabilities and support renewal and expansion conversations.
- Develop and maintain customer transformation methodologies, including workshop frameworks, discovery templates, and change readiness assessment tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of Gatekeeper's professional services model, sharing insights on customer transformation patterns and identifying opportunities to improve engagement approaches.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Solution Engineers, helping them develop consultative skills and understand transformation principles.

- Clear and professional communication skills across verbal, video, and written formats, with the ability to document transformation visions in a way that guides downstream delivery.
- Experience working within or alongside SaaS implementation teams, with an understanding of how transformation objectives translate into platform configuration.
- Self-directed and able to manage a portfolio of engagements with minimal oversight, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
