You’ll join a small but growing Product Marketing team, reporting directly to the Product Marketing Lead and collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, CS, and RevOps.
Since 2015, Gatekeeper has consistently achieved significant, profitable growth year over year with long-termcustomers such as Crocs, The Telegraph, and Autotrader.
Due to our continued global growth, we are looking for a Product Marketing team member to help drive revenue growth and increase adoption across our customer base.
Your North Star metrics:
-
New‑deal win rate(help Sales close more, faster)
-
Feature activation & adoption(ensuring customers use and adopt new product features)
-
Expansion ARR(upsell and cross‑sell traction)
Why this role exists:
Gatekeeper is evolving fast, with monthly releases spanning Agentic AI, traditional platform enhancements, and everything in between. To match this pace, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who not only keeps up but also operates with an AI-first mindset in managing their work.
That means:
-
Using AI tools to speed up research, streamline workflows, and increase content output without compromising quality.
-
Proactively testing and adopting AI to improve messaging development, campaign execution, and team enablement.
-
Bringing clarity to complexity, particularly around AI-powered features and how they solve real customer problems.
-
Participating in regular cross-functional sessions, including monthly GTM reviews, sprint planning sessions, and release retrospectives, to align teams and priorities.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of how Gatekeeper brings its product to market. You’ll own messaging, enablement, competitor intelligence, and campaign delivery across a wide range of channels, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure successful adoption and growth.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly Release Leadership
-
Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning for every monthly release.
-
Deep‑dive with Product to grasp the “why” and the “so what”.
-
Craft clear messaging frameworks and coordinate all launch comms.
-
Produce or orchestrate release assets: notes, demo videos, blog posts, in‑app prompts, social snippets.
-
Define success KPIs for activation & adoption; track and share weekly.
Internal Enablement
-
Build tailored sales packs: pitch decks, demo scripts, one‑pagers, objection guides, battlecards.
-
Deliver live and async enablement for AEs, SDRs and Account Directors.
-
Keep Storylane (our Interactive Demo software) demos and sales collateral in lock‑step with product positioning.
-
Support Demand Gen and Events teams on campaigns and field events.
Narrative & Content Engine
-
Shape Gatekeeper’s product story across website, collateral and campaigns.
-
Become fluent in the jobs‑to‑be‑done for Procurement, Legal and Finance teams—and how Gatekeeper solves them.
-
Create value‑led content that explains benefits, not just features.
-
Partner with subject‑matter experts to turn technical ideas into compelling narratives.
Competitor & Market Intelligence
-
Monitor competitive moves and emerging trends.
-
Summarise insights into battlecards, win/loss briefs and market updates.
AI‑First Marketing Ops
-
Leverage AI tools (content drafting, video editing, data analysis) to scale output.
-
Build repeatable, automated workflows that multiply your impact.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
-
Partner with Customer Marketing on launch webinars, customer stories and nurture streams.
-
Provide advocacy content (case studies, quotes) for launches and campaigns.
