Following investment from Vista Equity Partners, we’re expanding our global customer facing team and we’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to help shape the next generation of delivery excellence.
Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK.
Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the strategic technical contact for our most valued enterprise customers. Your role is to build deep, trusted relationships at a senior level, ensuring our customers achieve their strategic goals with Gatekeeper.
You will act as a mentor for Solutions Engineers, setting the standard for customer management and engagement. You will be the trusted expert, handling complex configurations, owning the technical strategy for key accounts, and guiding customers through their entire long-term journey. You will be responsible for guiding, coaching and mentoring your dedicated Solutions Engineer to enhance their knowledge and skillset to develop their career at Gatekeeper.
You will own the phased implementation strategy for complex enterprise accounts, consulting on their business processes and translating them into highly efficient workflows. You will lead the adoption of new AI and automation features, identify and drive expansion opportunities.
