The role As Junior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications across the business. You'll be responsible for creating and executing detailed test cases, helping to ensure systems function as intended while working closely with both technical and business teams to support successful project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring testing is completed to a high standard and in accordance with the agreed test plans
- Using multiple bank software applications to complete functional testing
- Attending internal and external meetings to understand business requirements and help by participating in the development process
- Analysing requirements and design documents to develop a range of test scenarios
- Writing and executing test scripts, as well as identifying defects, troubleshooting and reporting to the appropriate team
- Writing and updating user documentation and operational procedures
What we're looking for The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with a collaborative and approachable style. A testing certification would be highly advantageous. Testing experience on application and account management platforms.
Please note - the position is office based with a Hybrid Working policy with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. This role is based from Milton Keynes.
