You’ll support applications from submission through to offer and completion, helping to drive an efficient, accurate, and timely process every step of the way.
- Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and operational procedures, supporting the Bank’s reputation as a trusted specialist financier.
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience, contributing to the Bank being recognised externally for outstanding service standards.
- Manage application pipelines effectively, progressing cases efficiently and in line with established processes, policies, and agreed SLAs.
- Support the management of completions workflows, ensuring responses and actions are completed within agreed SLAs.
- A passion and enthusiasm working within a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues.
- Service excellence delivery for customers.
