We are looking for a driven Transport Dispatcher (Allocator) to help keep our fleet moving and our flights flying on time!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Optimize manpower and fleet levels for a slick, efficient operation
- Get flights dispatched and catered right on time — every time
- Adapt fast to aircraft and customer changes, daily and seasonally
- Keep customers in the loop with sharp operational updates
- Solve problems fast, cost-effectively, and sustainably
- Own your shift documentation (CCPs, temp checks, fleet checks, FTA portal, airside audits)
- Delegate like a pro and keep your team firing on all cylinders
- Manage supplier SLAs like a champion
- Champion Food Safety, Health & Safety, Security and Environmental standards
Leading Your Team:
- Set clear direction, leadership, and measurable KPIs
- Monitor performance and keep raising the bar
- Build a positive, motivated, high-performing team culture
- Run engaging team meetings and keep communication flowing on OTP (On-Time Performance)

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of frontline management experience
- End-to-end knowledge of catering unit processes
- Airside operations and bylaws know-how
- Experience managing within airline catering or production environments
- Solid grasp of health & safety, food hygiene, and security regulations (DTLR)
- Confident PC skills (Word/Email/Excel)
- Bonus points for SAP invoice coding/posting experience
- A team player who thrives under their own initiative too
- Great communication skills, spoken and written English

- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake a CRC (Criminal Record Check)
- 5 years of checkable referencing history
