We're hiring an

HR Generalist to join a, high-performing people team at our Heathrow location.

You'll work directly with a Senior HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist, splitting your time between generalist HR support and recruitment administration.

Broad, busy, and never boring!!

  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
  • Admin support for ER processes - hearings, letters, case files
  • Absence tracking and return-to-work support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems using Workday
  • HR reporting and management information for the Senior HRBP
  • Coordinating onboarding of new starters
  • Candidate communications and pre-employment checks, including airside clearances
  • Supporting the Recruitment Specialist during high-volume hiring periods
