We're looking for a skilled chef who knows their way around Japanese cuisine to join our high-energy kitchen producing in-flight meals that travel the world. You'll be cooking, and keeping standards sharp across a fast-moving kitchen where precision matters.

  • 8 hour shifts with start times ranging between 07:00 - 09:00 in the morning. (shift patterns could be based on any 5 of 7 or 4 on 2 off shift patterns)

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead & run production shifts while supporting your team

What We Need From You

  • Basic Food Hygiene certification
  • Chef experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Proven experience with Japanese cuisine (traditional techniques, ingredients)
  • Strong under-pressure performance and attention to detail
  • Team player who communicates well and manages time smartly
