Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading catering supplies to aircraft
- Liaising with flight crew
- Working collaboratively with other ground handling suppliers to support efficient operations
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness for the vehicle at all times
- Adhering to Road Traffic Acts and airport by-laws
- Completing all relevant paperwork; performing search and sealing procedures
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications:
- Valid clean HGV CAT C Driving Licence (up to 3 points will be considered)
- Digital Tachograph knowledge and possession of a digital tachograph card
- Driver CPC qualification essential
- Previous HGV experience desirable; Airport Airside Driving would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
