Are you a natural communicator with a can-do attitude? We are looking for a Flow Coordinator to join our fast-paced airline catering operation!

The Role: You'll oversee operations within your designated area, ensuring quality standards and operational targets are met. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, managing productivity, maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations, and deputising for the Team Leader when required.
What You'll Need:
- GCSE level or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience (warehousing/production)
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with heavy loads and meet tight deadlines
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred: Forklift license, food safety certification, dangerous goods handling awareness
