Now we're looking for a dynamic Section Manager Production to join our high-flying team!

What You'll Do:

  • Own financial accountability for your section (labour, materials, budgets)
  • Maintain master production schedules and crush quality KPIs
  • Champion health & safety, food safety, and security compliance
  • Resolve challenges with top-tier communication and negotiation skills
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that actually make a difference

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven management experience in fast-paced food production or similar environments
  • Degree or equivalent experience in operations/logistics
  • Food hygiene and health & safety expertise
  • NEBOSH/Food Safety certification (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (bonus!)
  • Strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude
