Be the voice between cultures to make things happen! We need a commercially savvy, Korean-speaking Account Manager who can own a key customer relationship and make sure both sides get what they need.

What you'll be doing:

  • You're the go-to person for your account.
  • You'll run business reviews, present performance data, and keep everyone – customer and internal teams – aligned and happy.
  • Think operations, finance, culinary, compliance. You'll coordinate them all.
  • Keeping tabs on account profitability with finance and ops.
  • Making sure menus are priced right and contracts stay profitable.
  • Sorting invoices, forecasts, and billing so nothing slips through.
  • Handling customer audits alongside ops and compliance.
  • Presenting menu changes and commercial proposals (in English and Korean).
  • Spotting opportunities to improve the relationship and grow the business.
  • Using data to back up decisions and challenge the norm when needed.

You'll report to the Commercial Director on account performance, revenue, and any issues that need fixing.

What you need:

  • Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken).
  • Account management or customer service experience in catering, hospitality, or aviation.
  • A solid grasp of commercial basics – costing, pricing, P&L.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Happy to travel as required.
  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and gets stuck in.
