gategroup is seeking a skilled HR Administrator Lead to oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.

You will manage hiring, contract amendments, pay reviews, family leave, and benefits while resolving enquiries promptly and maintaining data integrity.

You will drive continuous improvement, act as deputy in the HRSS Manager's absence, and support projects and system enhancements (Workday), ensuring GDPR and employment law compliance.
