- Overtime @ 1.25 times the hourly rate
- 8 hour shifts with start times ranging between 07:00 - 09:00 in the morning. (shift patterns could be based o any 5 of 7 or
- 4 on 2 off shift patterns)

Main duties
- General washing, sorting, assembling, packing and positioning of the aircraft equipment
- Process and strip trolleys including off loading and sorting equipment/waste
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to specifications
- Daily stock count of the list
- Support Food preparation activities in the Kitchen for cooking requirements
- Pack food liners in accordance with written specification
- Conduct temperature, quality, and product date checks
- Receipt, handling and appropriate storage of all incoming goods and coordinating / managing stock
- Stock rotation
- Clean the area
Qualifications
- Educated to High School level.
- Work Experience
- Ideally some experience in a production/Kitchen environment
- Previous work experience in a Japanese / Asian kitchen preferred but not essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene advantageous but not essential
- Good understanding of English both reading and writing
- Positive attitude to work
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Team worker
