Overview
Leading a team of HR Administrators, you'll oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
From hiring and contract amendments to pay reviews, family leave and benefits.
You'll ensure enquiries are resolved promptly and accurately, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted deputy, taking the reins in the HRSS Manager's absence.
Beyond the day-to-day, you'll support HR projects and system enhancements (we use Workday), produce management reporting, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR Administrators and oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage hiring, contract amendments, pay reviews, family leave and benefits, resolving enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement and act as deputy in the HRSS Manager's absence.
- Support HR projects and system enhancements (Workday).
- Produce management reporting and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
Qualifications
- Strong background in HR administration with knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
- Dependable, professional, calm under pressure, meticulous with detail and discreet with sensitive information.
- Understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday desirable) and Microsoft Office.
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential – relevant experience and the right approach matter most.
