We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to take charge of our Wash and Pack department. What We Offer

Your Role - Leading with Impact

As Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our Wash and Pack operations, ensuring every product meets our exacting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6-27 operators (fluctuating seasonally). Provide hands-on coaching, training, and performance feedback. Create a positive, productive work environment where team members thrive. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to hit production targets. Oversee washing, sanitizing, and packing processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Implement and maintain SOPs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Conduct regular inspections and audits to drive improvement and ensure safety compliance.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and maintain smooth workflow. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure adequate supplies. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and champion best practices. Drive implementation of innovative solutions within the department.

What We're Looking For

Education: Foundation degree, HND, or degree in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse management, business management, or related field.

Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a similar fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams. Experience working within a controlled Bonded stores environment (desirable).

Shift Pattern - FULL FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED

This role operates on a 5 days out of 7 rotational pattern with flexible shift times:

  • Shift 1: 7am - 3:30pm
  • Shift 2: 1:30pm - 10pm

Please note: You must be fully flexible to work across both shift patterns as required by operational demands.
