Working within a close-knit team, you'll keep information flowing accurately and on time, making sure the right labels, reports, and figures reach the departments that depend on them.

It's fast-paced, detail-driven work where precision genuinely matters.

The position is permanet, full time.. the hours are across Earlies, Mid's and Lates on a roatating rota as follows; E1 - 0600-1430 | E2 - 0630-1500 | M1 - 1000-1830 | M2 - 0800-1630 |L1 - 1430-2200 |L2 - 1430-2200

You'll manage high volumes of data daily, keeping our systems sharp and our operational teams one step ahead.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Inputting flight information and passenger loads into our GG ERP system
  • Keeping customer portals accurate and up to date
  • Collating, entering, and linking sales data, plus handling ad-hoc requests
  • Communicating changes through the ERP — aircraft swaps, increases, decreases, and everything in between
  • Creating and maintaining extra and non-scheduled flights, actioning customer instructions quickly and correctly
  • Running Departure Checks (D+1), production file checks, and the Live Loaders List
  • Maintaining wastage records for accurate invoicing
  • Liaising with external customers, Customer Services, and OPS Managers
  • Closing off previous days' flights for Finance and Accounts
  • Managing passenger and special meal imports for all international customers
  • Printing labels, loaders lists, delivery notes, and boarding bills for user departments
  • Overseeing every flight from the -48-hour mark right through to departure
  • Ensuring label print quality stays consistently high
