We're looking for a skilled chef who knows their way around Japanese cuisine to join our high-energy kitchen producing in-flight meals that travel the world. You'll be cooking, and keeping standards sharp across a fast-moving kitchen where precision matters.

Your Day-to-Day
Lead & run production shifts, support your team, and prepare dishes to exact specs — authentic Japanese cuisine. You'll manage yields, minimise waste, keep HACCP and food safety tight, and maintain a workspace that runs like clockwork.
