We're looking for a detail-driven administrator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes of a fast-paced aviation operation. If you're someone who takes pride in accurate records, tight deadlines and a well-organised day, this one's for you.

The role involves supporting finance, HR, flight data and general operations. Day to day, that means managing purchase orders, month-end stock and finance reports, weekly KPIs, and supplier invoice checks. On the HR side, you'll handle shift scheduling and leave management through Workday, ensuring full compliance with UK/EU working time regulations. You'll also be responsible for processing airside passes, maintaining driver records, and entering flight data accurately into the SACS system. It’s a varied role that requires someone who can switch between tasks without dropping the ball.

Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

What we're looking for:

  • Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent, with strong written and spoken English
  • Previous administration experience, ideally with some exposure to stock control or budgeting
  • Confident with Microsoft Office — particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised, with close attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work calmly under pressure, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times

What good looks like:

You won’t need to be chased. You'll spot what needs doing and get on with it. You'll communicate clearly across the team, support your manager effectively and treat every deadline as non‑negotiable. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
