Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We are looking for a driven Team Leader to join our Operations team — someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and knows how to get the best out of their people.
Hours: 5 days out of 7 | Weekend coverage required
About the Role
As Team Leader – Operations, you will work closely with the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. You will lead your shift, ensure targets are met, and create the kind of team culture where people actually want to show up and perform. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage tasks — they lead people.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and motivating your team across a 7-day operation
- Ensuring HACCP, food safety, H&S and security compliance are met every shift
- Managing team performance, attendance and day-to-day conduct
- Resolving conflict quickly and implementing corrective actions
- Deputising for the Section Manager when required
- Communicating clearly and keeping your team informed and engaged
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing, catering or a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food hygiene and H&S — qualification preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Confident managing conflict and working independently
- In-flight catering experience is a bonus (not essential)
- Degree educated preferred, or strong relevant experience
- Fluent in English — a second European language is a plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office
