In our Customer Strategy & Marketing Transformation team, you will help clients improve growth, customer experience and marketing effectiveness through a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigour and practical delivery.
You will take intellectual ownership of discrete areas of complex transformation programmes, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver clarity, pace and meaningful results.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and wants to broaden their exposure across customer strategy, customer experience, marketing transformation and wider business transformation engagements.

Specifically, you will

About You
You must have around 4–6 years' experience gained within a management consulting firm.
This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
At this time we are not able to consider candidates whose experience sits solely within industry roles.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience delivering customer strategy, customer experience, marketing transformation, growth and commercial transformation engagements.
Experience working across multiple sectors and client environments is highly valued.

- Experience leading workstreams with autonomy – shaping content, structuring analysis, managing stakeholders and co‑creating solutions.
- Experience supporting customer strategy, customer experience, marketing transformation, digital transformation, growth or operating model initiatives.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver customer-focused transformation.
- Experience coaching or overseeing junior colleagues or client team members.
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
