Ideal experience profile
- c.10 years in consulting, likely gained within recognised management consultancies, often enhanced by in-house consulting in industry
- Expertise in CX is currently advantageous: end-to-end CX transformation (strategy to delivery), service design, blueprints, journey mapping, design thinking, and customer insights are sub-capabilities in high-demand
- Proficiency in Data and Analytics is key for our Digital team.
Highly sought-after skills include expertise in data management & governance, data archiving and retention, data migration, as well as data architecture and engineering.
Additionally, experience with analytics and visualization tools as well as AI and automation is highly desirable
- Product and Agile are also growth capabilities this year
- Cross-sector experience leading transformation programmes & delivery teams or a specialism in one sector with a desire to lead and grow this at Gate One
- Experience in growing key accounts and leading senior business development meetings
