Principal Consultant β Change Management

We now have an opportunity for an experienced management consultant with deep change management and transformation experience to join our team in London at Principal grade.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading large/complex client projects and engagements
- Applying deep business transformation and change management expertise, building trust with clients and navigating complexities
- Building senior client relationship, acting as a trusted advisor for the account
- Quality assuring engagement deliverables and supporting more junior team members to deliver against client requirements
- Proactively generating BD meetings and shape new opportunities within new and existing clients as the pursuit lead
- Leading complex bids, proposals and senior BD meetings as well as account management plans
- Leading knowledge sharing and knowledge management activities
- Demonstrating strong people management capabilities as a PDL or mentor, supporting the professional development of others and providing coaching for the development of more junior colleagues
About You
You will have gained significant consulting experience working in a recognised management consultancy business and are most likely already operating at Principal/Senior Manager grade. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
- A proven ability to lead large, complex transformation projects, especially those involving organisational change. Deep expertise in change management is essential
- Experience of playing a major role key client account development, generating and converting new opportunities
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management of more junior colleagues
- Strong client relationships skills, with the ability to take the day-to-lead on managing engagements and growing accounts
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Desire to be visible leader in Gate One, connected to growth priorities and the business plan
