Our Managers scope, lead and deliver our major and complex transformation programmes for clients in the Life Sciences sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading blended delivery teams on client engagements.
- Using leadership and coaching skills, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process.
- Nurturing client advisory relationships, key accounts and partnerships.
- Contributing to key account growth and supporting business development activities.
- Contributing to strategic internal projects, capability & team development and co-leading internal events.
Ideal experience profile:
- c.6-10 years’ consulting experience in management consultancy firms.
- Specialism in consulting to clients in the life sciences sector, with the ability to lead end to end engagements and core programme management skills.
- Some personal contribution to key account growth and business development activities, e.g., co-leading meetings with new clients.
- Experience leading and managing teams of management consultants.
