Our Managers scope, lead and deliver our major and complex transformation programmes for clients in the Life Sciences sector.
- Lead blended delivery teams on client engagements.
- Use leadership and coaching skills, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process.
- Nurture client advisory relationships, key accounts and partnerships.
- Contribute to key account growth and support BD activities.
- Contribute to strategic internal projects, capability & team development and co-lead internal events.
Ideal experience profile:
- c. 6-10 years' consulting experience in management consultancy firms.
- Specialism in consulting to clients in the life sciences sector, with the ability to lead end to end engagements and core programme management skills.
- Some personal contribution to key account growth and business development activities e.g. co-leading meetings with new clients.
- Experience leading and managing teams of management consultants.
