We are looking for a highly motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. In this field-based role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installation and maintenance works across our portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working independently, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out the removal and preparation works for kitchens and bathrooms, including associated tasks
- Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed on time and right first time, maintaining excellent workmanship
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Use company systems and devices to record work and manage materials effectively
- Maintain and take responsibility for company equipment and vehicles
- Promote and adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled or similar trades role
- Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on your own initiative
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable using mobile devices/tablets for work recording
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
