Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd is seeking an experienced People Partner Lead to own the People Plan across our field-based restaurant estate.

You will work closely with Regional and Area Coaches and restaurant managers to translate operational realities into practical People actions.

This hands-on role requires visiting restaurants, coaching leaders, delivering leadership workshops and driving engagement, retention and workforce planning.
