We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager — ideally with a background in AV, broadcast, TV/film, live events or video production — to take full ownership of our Westerham warehouse.

Our warehouse is the engine room behind every job we deliver. We want someone to run it end to end: prepping and de-prepping high-value production kit for live events, keeping our inventory pin-sharp in Current RMS, and building the systems and standards that keep the whole operation moving. This isn't a pick-and-pack role — it's a leadership position with genuine authority over how the warehouse runs and how we scale.

What you'll own:

  • The organisation, layout, storage and labelling of the warehouse — the standard everything is kept to.
  • Equipment inventory in Current RMS — asset records, kits and packages, stock levels, availability and barcode workflows.
  • The prep and de-prep cycle: pulling kit against job lists, quality-checking, packing flight cases, and checking equipment back in on return.
  • Damage reporting, repairs and quarantine; PAT testing, inspection records and warehouse health & safety.
  • Clear processes (SOPs) that let new crew and staff onboard into the warehouse quickly.
  • Occasional support with deliveries, collections and vehicle loading.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing a warehouse, stores or equipment inventory in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
  • Genuinely sharp organisation and inventory discipline — you take pride in accuracy and order.
  • Confidence handling, prepping and tracking high-value, fragile equipment.
  • A self-directed, accountable approach — comfortable owning a function and setting the standard.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own transport (our TN16 site isn't accessible by public transport, and you'll occasionally support deliveries).
  • The right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer visa sponsorship).

What will set you apart:

  • Experience with Current RMS — or a similar rental/asset system such as Rentman, HireHop, Flex or RentalDesk.
  • A background in AV, broadcast, TV/film or live events — you understand the pace and fragility of production kit.
  • Experience configuring or improving a warehouse/rental system, and working knowledge of AV equipment (cameras, PTZ, vision mixers, streaming, cabling).
  • You don't need a degree, and you don't need to be a technical AV operator — we'll teach you the kit. We're hiring for warehouse leadership and organisational excellence.

The package:

  • £36,000–£44,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Full-time, permanent
  • 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
  • Workplace pension (auto-enrolment)
  • Free on-site parking
  • 3-month probation with a formal review
