About the Role

Looking for a rewarding part-time role that fits around your day? Gaskell Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Meals Supervisory Assistant to join our team. You will ensure our pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime, helping them refuel and recharge for their afternoon learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Monitoring pupils safely across all indoor and outdoor areas during the mid-day break.
  • Dining Hall Support: Guiding lunchtime queues and ensuring the dining environment is left clean and tidy.
  • Admin & Transition: Checking free school meal entitlements and assisting pupils with a smooth, safe return to their classrooms.
  • Flexibility: Undertaking other appropriate duties commensurate with the grade as required.
