Looking for a Technical Manager to join a leading retail bank to guide and support clients in integrating with their platform via API, Host to Host (H2H), and SWIFT channels. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical migration projects, transitioning major clients from SWIFT MT services to SWIFT File ACT channels.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive the migration of key clients from SWIFT MT services to SWIFT File ACT channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering and Transaction Banking Solutions, to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Manage multiple client implementation projects, delivering on time and meeting milestones.
  • Be the primary client contact, providing technical expertise and ensuring solutions meet requirements.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster strong client relationships.
  • Provide project management support, ensuring the successful setup and optimisation of client channel services.

What you will need to have:

  • Experience of integrating SWIFT MT services in a financial environment.
  • Experience of SWIFT MT, XML ISO 20022 PAIN 001, BACS, SWIFT, Payments, and H2H protocols.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Strong awareness of transactional business for commercial clients.
  • A self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering results.
  • Good understanding of banking products and services.
