Workshop Support Worker – Kitchen and Garden
Part-time 30 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), Salary pro rata £25,877.80 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Orwell Arts for a creative and motivated individual based in our Kitchen and Garden Workshops.
You will work as part of our Kitchen team that prepares delicious and healthy lunches for everyone in the building and as part of our Garden team that looks after the outdoor space for the building, growing flowers and edible produce. You will help our members achieve positive outcomes, gain catering, horticultural and social skills, and develop self-confidence and independence. The role may also involve work in our other creative workshops.
Closing date: 4pm Friday 6th November 2026
Interviews are planned for Early December.
The successful candidate will be required to join, or to already be a member of the PVG scheme before formal offer of appointment.
