Garton Global is a fast-growing FX and payments business. Since our launch in 2019, we have delivered consistent year-on-year growth, and now we are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help drive the next stage of our journey.
The Role
As a Trainee FX Broker, you will be at the forefront of our business growth, identifying, engaging, and building relationships with SMEs across the UK. You will speak directly with decision makers to understand their FX needs, introduce them to our services, and help them find real value in partnering with Garton. This is a sales-focused role, and you will be working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets. If you are motivated, resilient, and eager to learn, this is an opportunity to build a career in financial sales with structured training, ongoing support, and clear progression.
What You Will Do
- Source and engage prospective clients over the phone
- Identify and qualify their FX requirements
- Record and manage leads through our CRM with accuracy
- Work to (and exceed) individual sales targets and KPIs
- Contribute to training sessions and your own professional development
- Build your knowledge of financial markets and the FX industry over time
