Garton Global is a fast-growing FX and payments business. Since our launch in 2019, we’ve delivered consistent year-on-year growth, and now we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help drive the next stage of our journey.

The Role

As a Trainee FX Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of our business growth, identifying, engaging, and building relationships with SMEs across the UK. You’ll speak directly with decision makers to understand their FX needs, introduce them to our services, and help them find real value in partnering with Garton. This is a sales-focused role, and you’ll be working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets. If you’re motivated, resilient, and eager to learn, this is an opportunity to build a career in financial sales with structured training, ongoing support, and clear progression.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage prospective clients over the phone
  • Identify and qualify their FX requirements
  • Record and manage leads through our CRM with accuracy
  • Work to (and exceed) individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Contribute to training sessions and your own professional development
  • Build your knowledge of financial markets and the FX industry over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, motivated, and eager to succeed in a high-performance culture
  • Resilient and patient – must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Previous sales experience (particularly phone-based) is desirable, but not essential
  • Results-driven, yet always professional and ethical
  • Keen to learn, grow, and develop within the role

What’s in It for You

  • Flexible working: office-based with remote options available after passing probation
  • Uncapped commission structure and performance incentives
  • Perks for top performers: early finishes, nights out, trips away
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • And yes… an office dog
