You will effectively oversee all aspects of the interview scheduling process, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and provide full support for all business partners to help drive hiring goals across Talent Acquisition. This position demands the ability to identify new process improvements and manage performance to expand the success of the Recruiting Coordinators. It requires an individual to be an indispensable partner to peers, recruiters, and clients, championing their success and embodying the "no limits" mindset. This role demands the understanding of the necessity for confidentiality as well as professionalism and the ability to deliver in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and adapt to change.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee a team of Recruiting Coordinators while providing strong leadership, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
  • Be focused on development, set clear goals, and ensure accountability and ownership.
  • Develop strategy and drive execution. Partner with recruiting leadership team to plan and develop a short and long‑term strategy for coordination and talent experience.
  • Evaluate and develop strategies to enable a high level of productivity and efficiency from the Recruiting Coordinator function.
  • Drive your team to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve the hiring experience for our candidates, help drive consistency and compliance across our technology platforms to ensure data integrity and service.
  • Manage the process of scheduling and logistics of all interviews with recruiting and the business.
  • Examine reporting metrics to further the ability to drive more efficiency in recruiting pipelines through shortening timelines and SLAs.
  • Ensure allocation of workload is equitable across the RC team and make recommendations for re‑deployment as appropriate.
  • Help to develop metrics and mechanisms to measure the success of team and services which they provide.
  • Identify areas for future process improvement based on the strategic direction of Gartner and the HR organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team on change management initiatives.
  • Assist with efforts across geographical regions to resolve and/or manage ongoing or specific operational issues/processes.
  • Collaborate on key initiatives and projects.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong program management skills/experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and coach the recruiting coordinator team at varying levels with 3‑5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to recognize and reward the contributions of others.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • The ability to influence and inspire others to achieve great results.
  • A curious avid learner, constantly looking for ways to improve and adapt to business‑specific requirements and challenges with urgency.
