About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist, International Marketing to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Gartner C-Level Communities' international business.
Reporting to the Senior International Marketing Manager, this role will serve as the critical link between campaign strategy and flawless execution, helping bring marketing programs to life across more than 17 executive communities, 85+ events annually, and 8 international regions spanning the UK, Nordics, DACH, Benelux, France, Italy, Middle East, and Australia.

What You'll Do
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive executive engagement, community growth, member retention, and event registrations across international markets.
- Partner closely with the Senior International Marketing Manager to coordinate campaign delivery across multiple executive audiences, including CIO, CISO, CDAO, CFO, CHRO, and CSCO communities.
- Manage campaign production timelines, stakeholder communications, asset development, approvals, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate with internal partners across Content, Community, Marketing Operations, Design, Analytics, and Digital Marketing to ensure high-quality execution.
- Execute campaign tactics including email marketing, newsletters, digital programs, event promotion, landing page updates, and audience communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain project plans and workflow documentation to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve campaign effectiveness, and support scalable growth across international markets.
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to execution quality.
- Ability to work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization while building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign metrics, performance reporting, and marketing data.
