Join Gartner's team as an Executive Partner (Data & Analytics) and help partners achieve their mission critical priorities through Gartner's portfolio of data and analytics assets. This client‐facing role requires executive presence, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior technology leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage 25‐30 member relationships, participating in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
- Assist members to achieve their mission critical priorities by leveraging the appropriate Gartner assets.
- Leverage subject‐matter expertise to create service solutions for members and multi‐member accounts.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized engagement plan in line with overall product strategy and deliverables.
- Conduct on‐site briefings for clients at their location to support key initiatives.
- Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre‐sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
- Contribute to member retention and regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities.
- Host or participate in periodic onsite member activities, including workshops, research‐analyst visits (when appropriate), round tables, and webinars in collaboration with Gartner Research.
Qualifications
- University graduate (Master's preferred) with 10+ years' working experience in senior sourcing, procurement, or IT finance roles.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, its vendors, and suppliers and of senior procurement, finance, and IT leadership.
- Experience with strategy development, organization design, initiative management, application of metrics, and understanding of major industry trends.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to lead and manage complex situations.
- Excellent relationship‐management skills and a track record of working with senior technology and business leaders.
- Experience coaching and mentoring senior‐level leaders.
- Strong time and client portfolio management skills.
- Travel 25% and upwards.
- Ability to work with minimal administrative support.
