The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement and Management: Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives. Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation. Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.
  • Program Development and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs. Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors. Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support. Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community. Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction. Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred if possible.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required; business-to-business experience is highly preferred; proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business.
