Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships across client organizations to ensure successful usage of Gartner subscriptions
- Introduce Gartner services to new clients and articulate value to decision-makers
- Facilitate client conversations to identify priorities and propose action programs that deliver ROI
- Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize client value and overcome obstacles
- Regularly review client book of business, performance, and engagement metrics
- Key requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English at business level
- ≥2 years of relevant professional or internship experience
- Proven track record of delighting clients
