In this Client Success role, you help Gartner clients achieve value from their subscription. You onboard new clients, surface business priorities, and connect clients with Gartner resources to support decision-making. You collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and growth across client organizations. You work with executives and professionals across IT, HR, and other business areas to maximize ROI and satisfaction. This position offers growth in a collaborative, AI-forward environment.

Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and introduce Gartner services to ensure successful adoption
- Manage client relationships and connect clients with Gartner experts as needed
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to deliver value and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions
- Leverage data, metrics, and feedback to drive ongoing engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
Key requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English at business level
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience or internship
- Track record of delighting clients and driving satisfaction
