Overview
In this role you partner with clients across levels and functions to ensure they realize value from their Gartner subscription. You onboard new clients, demonstrate Gartner capabilities, and connect clients with experts to support decision-making. You align Gartner resources with client priorities to maximize ROI, while collaborating with internal teams to drive service delivery and growth. This position sits at the intersection of client success and strategic advisory, offering meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration and continuous engagement.

Responsibilities
- Onboard clients and introduce Gartner services to new and prospective clients
- Manage relationships and connect clients with Gartner experts as needed
- Identify client priorities and map Gartner resources to achieve their priorities and ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design solutions and share best practices
- Leverage insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
Key requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English at business level
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months of relevant experience
- Proven track record of delivering client delight
